Small Team

A small team of designers and developers allow us to look after each of our customers on a very personal level.  As some may even say "I don't want to deal with a one man band"... usually are the ones who are one man band themselves.

We like to think we are small enough to care, and large enough to cope.

In House Developers

Unlike many other ecommerce design companies, the TidyV4 team can actually program!  Yes we can change the colour of fonts, and we can make pretty logo's, but we can "code".

We do not rely on using outsourced software or coders to either fix OR write a website.  As everything is handled at this very office it means that many problems / upgrades can be talked about with a positive attitude and usually actioned very quickly once you make contact with us.

The TidyV4 system has been completely researched, designed and developed by us.  Meaning we have not downloaded a free e-commerce package like OsCommerce / Zen cart and charged you the privilege of doing so.

Although it would be very easy for us to do the same as many other companies offering this service... we would feel guilty for charging you - the customer.

Our Own eCommerce websites

As previously mentioned we sell from our own websites. Meaning we can approach marketing strategies and offer advice from The Web Designers point of view, and your point of view (ie. The person using the website to sell from)

We are able to advice from personal experience about:

Statistics Tracking

Although you can choose any statistics counter for your website, we will set up what's called a "Statcounter".  Statcounter allows us to analyse all of our customers websites very quickly. For low performing sites we can offer any advice we feel is necessary to boost up your hits and sales.

Remember it is in our interest to make your site as successful as it can be. So therefore we are very proactive about keeping our customers happy!
