Live Help

If its between the hours of 8am - 6pm then its more than likely that we are in front of our PC's working (Yes long hours, but hey - we enjoy our jobs!).  This means that you can talk to us directly via the "Live Help" banner on the left.  If it says "Online" just click it, and start chatting.  However as we slurp on our strong coffees between the hours of 8am - 10pm responses may be slightly slower.

If the icon says we are offline do not worry just click it as usual, and type a message. This will then send an email to us :-D
