What do I get for my money?

• You will receive from us a blank ecommerce website loaded with 0 products.
• Your site will be "skinned" to match in with your current brand / colour scheme
• Logo Design if Necessary
• Hosting for 12 months (from Live date)
• Subscription to TidyCart for 12 Months (from Live date)
• Statistics Set up and Recording site visits
• Google Base Set up for you to receive hits from Google Products (Froogle)
• Shipping Methods Set Up (Which you can modify if you wish)
• Phone  / Email support
• Advice on selling online from our experiences
• Access to our Help Site
• Access to the TidyV4 Forums where you can chat with other V4 users

What don't I get for my money?

• You do not get FTP access to your site
• You do not get access to source coding
• You do not get stock control with your TidyV4 (a simple in stock / out of stock option is available though)

Do you submit my sites to search engines?

• Yes, we submit to all the major search engines for you!

Do you use any TidyV4's for yourselves?

• Yes we've got one being made now: www.buycanvasart.co.uk
• We've got another 4 on the way!

What happens if I forget to pay my bill?

• We will contact you prior to your billing date via the email you used to pay for your Hosting to arrange payment for the following 12 months. 
• If payment is not received within 7 days after your "due" date then we reserve the right to disable your website.
• To get your website re-activated you will need to pay an admin fee of £25.00 - this will be added onto your bill automatically.

What do I get if I decide to go to another web designer?

• You will get your graphics files (where necessary)
• You will get your database of products

Do you give refunds?

• By law yes we have to, but only if there is something we have not described correctly.
• Generally as your "skin" is made to order, once you have instructed us to work no refunds can be given.

Can I Host my site elsewhere?

• No, as you will not have FTP access, or any access to source coding.
• Our servers are configured with components that are not usually found on other servers which will allow the sites to function.

Can we buy you a case of wine when we get our first order?

• Yes of coarse, but please remember to pack nice and secure so we can enjoy every bottle! :-D
• We don't mind what wine you send, but try and stick to medium / sweet.
• Red or white is fine

How long does it take to get my site up so I can add products?

• We can launch an "un-skinned" site within 48 hours for you start adding products
• You can then add your products to your hearts desire
• We will then skin your site for you with your colours, and branding

How do I order and Pay for a TidyV4

• You can order your TidyV4 directly over the internet (please see Ordering a TidyV4)
• You can pay by the following methods:

•         -  Credit / Debit Card
•         -  Cheque
•         -  Bank Transfer

How much experience have you got in web design / Ecommerce?

What if I want to sell the same items as your promotions company?

• Its a pretty "big headed" company that does not like a bit of competition so we're up for it, if you are!
• We will design your site inline with your wishes and pass on advice that we have learnt.
